Glamor and Luxury part 2 ch 3

Glamor and Luxury part 2 ch 3”

At Essentially, Frida was looking at some designs she had worked on over the past few weeks when Alistair walked in. "Alistair, why are you here? I wanted to check on you. You had a lot to deal with over the last few days. Your sister might make it after all, and your father being alive—we haven't talked much about that," Alistair said as Frida stood up. "I'm upset that all this time I was grieving for my father, and he was alive! I had a different relationship with him, but I don't want him to be dead! How dare Cynthia help cover it up!" Frida yelled. “Do you feel better now?" Alistair asked. “Yes, somewhat. I do want to confront him. I didn't get to much because of Victoria. I do hope this treatment works, and I don't lose my sister." “Me too," said Alistair. "I know our marriage hasn't been easy, but thanks for supporting me these last couple of weeks. I know you don't love me, but I do love you." "I do love you." "Not like you do Phillip. He was the one—" "Yes, but maybe it turned out for the best after all," Frida said. “I'm glad you're coming around." “Me too," Frida replied as her cellphone received a text message. "It's from Victoria." "Let's go," Alistair said. They left.

At Valley Hospital—Victoria was in the hospital bed she had been in for a few weeks on an alternative treatment for her cancer. Matthew and Callie were with her, waiting for the doctor to come in. He was on his way to let her know how the treatment was going when her mother came in. "Victoria, I do hope this treatment works," Victoria said. "Me too," her mother replied. "Where is the doctor?" Ivy asked. "He should be here soon," Matthew said as Cynthia and Richard came in. "Why are you here!" Ivy yelled. “Mother, I want Daddy here," Victoria said. “Why? He misses a lot," Ivy responded. “Yes, I do. I know I have some explaining to do, and I will when it's time," Richard said as Frida came in. "What is going on? Do you have any news?" Frida asked as the doctor came in. "Do you have my results? Is my cancer gone?" Victoria asked.
